I love the Film Noir style of photography, it really gives the sense of context and moment. Its one of the reasons I bought a film camera, to help achieve those results. This photo was taken with the D800e and then made to look Film Noir-ish in Photoshop. I love the grain, even if it is simulated and I love the expression on her face. As always, she absolutely nails the abject emotional poverty of the moment.
